1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Stattook you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Content Rules

You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Stattook a licence to display it on the platform.

4. Voting & Challenges

One vote per user per Challenge. Attempts to manipulate vote counts through bots or coordinated activity will result in account suspension.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stattook is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
